Thanks to the "Jesolo libri 2023" event, meetings with authors will be held in these summer months.
Thursday 13 July Emiliano Morreale will present "The last innocence" from 21:00 in Piazza Marconi.
The author is known for being a passionate frequenter of peripheral and legendary arthouse rooms such as the Lubitsch Cinema in Palermo, then archivist in a huge film library in Rome, and still a scholar and professor in small provincial universities.
And in this book he will talk about how he came across almost by accident in a series of stories that span the twentieth century, in men and women chasing celluloid desires and visions.
Admission is free.
In case of bad weather, the event is hosted at the Kursaal in Piazza Brescia.
