Marco Polo: a million spices
Saturday 11 and Sunday 12 May 2024 - Jesolo hosts M'ILLUMINO DI SPEZIE.
Piazza Mazzini dedicates two whole days to spices, their aromas, and the uses they have in various areas: in gastronomy and confectionery, in liqueur/mixology, but also in the area of wellness, healthy eating, environmental sustainability, and in perfumery. The aim is to bring people closer to the knowledge and use of spices, also focusing on the strong historical relationship with the Veneto region.
There will be many events to choose from, such as the exclusive market-exhibition with the presence of spice sellers and wholesalers, sensory and children's workshops, master classes, cultural meetings, and much more.
