Griglie Roventi is the best-loved culinary event of the summer: the barbeque championship established in 2006, in which pairs of strictly non-professional chefs challenge each other in a grilling battle to win the top step on the podium.
The aim is to demonstrate one's talent by preparing a barbeque in a set time, assessed by a jury of professional chefs, industry professionals and food and wine journalists. The parameters the participants have to measure themselves against are the cooking of the meat, the taste, the presentation of the dish proposed, but also the liking of the chefs!
The event is not limited to culinary competition: Griglie Roventi is a real show! Over the years, musical groups, comedians and artists have successfully entertained an audience that, in the various editions, has exceeded the 100,000 mark.
